I have twice had to use the claims procedure of the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Both times I have found their documents and communication very clear, they deal very promptly and thoroughly with any issues and you can always get hold of a knowledgeable person on the telephone to speak to. All of the sites we have visited are run by friendly and helpful staff. The pitches and facilities are clean and well maintained. They outshine any other camping organisation in my experience. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
