Good service, even when you have to claim !

We have been insured through the club for 16 years. On the one occasion when our van was damaged in a collision they were excellent - communication was good, they organised repairs quickly, and made the whole experience much more stress free than we expected. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

The very helpful lady at end of the telephone who answered all my queries without hesitation and then followed up with a confirmation email within minutes, caravan insurance by people who understand what caravan owners require without all the demands of many other insurers, making the whole process a more pleasant experience. Excellent service and cover

We fecently bought a new caravan and 4 days after delivery, damaged it. The claim was quickly and efficiently arranged an interim payment enabaling me to use the caravan until replacement parts become available. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
