The lady on the phone could not have been more helpful. Everything explained and made buying insurance almost a pleasure. We will not be changing from the Caravan Club Insurance any time soon. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021

Had to make a small claim last year and no quibble settlement with very helpful service

Excellent service

We have used them ever since we started caravanning many, many years ago and they have always provided excellent service, guidance and assistance when needed. They went far beyond what we expected when we had a problem whilst in Italy and they made all the necessary arrangements with local garages, car hire and taxi companies. They kept in touch with us every day, sometimes, twice a day to check that we were OK and to keep us updated with what was going on. This was particularly helpful as our knowledge of Italian was not good enough to deal with all the necessary arrangements ourselves. The service we receive is outstanding and we will always use them as our caravan insurance provider and would recommend other caravan or motor-home owners to do the same. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021

Good overall insurance for your caravan

The Caravan and Motorhome Club insurance is a reasonable cost for very good cover for your caravan. You will get good discounts for having extras like traction control, wheel lock, etc., as well as no claims discount, and Red Pennant insurance through the club, to cover you when abroad, is second to none.
