I have twice had to use the claims procedure of the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Both times I have found their documents and communication very clear, they deal very promptly and thoroughly with any issues and you can always get hold of a knowledgeable person on the telephone to speak to. EXCELLENT ALL ROUND HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE

All of the sites we have visited are run by friendly and helpful staff. The pitches and facilities are clean and well maintained. They outshine any other camping organisation in my experience. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Read the cover "exclusions" in the small print from your policy. Then..... when your horrified......cancel your policy and buy from the club. Cover for human beings. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Lovely helpful people to deal with. I've been lucky enough not to have made a claim so I can't comment on that, however, having cancelled with them after many years, when my caravan came of an age where it wasn't worth insuring, I upgraded to a newer van and on applying for insurance was given my old full no claims discount back. This was after being without insurance for a couple of years. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
