Excellent service

We have used them ever since we started caravanning many, many years ago and they have always provided excellent service, guidance and assistance when needed. They went far beyond what we expected when we had a problem whilst in Italy and they made all the necessary arrangements with local garages, car hire and taxi companies. They kept in touch with us every day, sometimes, twice a day to check that we were OK and to keep us updated with what was going on. This was particularly helpful as our knowledge of Italian was not good enough to deal with all the necessary arrangements ourselves. The service we receive is outstanding and we will always use them as our caravan insurance provider and would recommend other caravan or motor-home owners to do the same. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021

Good overall insurance for your caravan

The Caravan and Motorhome Club insurance is a reasonable cost for very good cover for your caravan. You will get good discounts for having extras like traction control, wheel lock, etc., as well as no claims discount, and Red Pennant insurance through the club, to cover you when abroad, is second to none. A few years ago we lost our roof light cover en route to our Caravan Club site booking, a journey of some 600 miles. We trusted the Club to honour the cost of replacement and fitting, and of course, they came through. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021
