Really helpful

Had a puncture on M25 with no hard shoulder, police made us drive to a lay by so there was quite a bit of damage, claim was dealt with very quickly with no fuss. Reviewed on: 27th July 2021

Always on hand!

Excellent customer service when you need it most

We have only ever had to make an insurance claim once for our caravan, and I am so glad that we were insured with Caravan and Motorhome at the time. Unfortunately we had a wood pigeon fly into and smash our window just as we were arriving to our holiday site. We were really upset and worried, but the team took excellent care of us from start to finish, including inspecting the damage upon our return. The work was completed by a registered dealer. I have to say that even though I could possibly get a cheaper quote for insurance from other insurers, I will always stay with them because I know that I will be taken care of should we ever need their help again.
