Reassuring.

No problem what so ever.Plenty of advice when renewing Reviewed on: 5th July 2020

So far so good.

I have been happy with the customer service provided so far. I have not had to make a claim (thankfullly) so cannot comment on this aspect. My only, slight, concern would be that this cover is not actually an insurance policy. It is a discretionary cover, which means that there is no contractual right to an indemnity under the cover. Fully supportive at all aspects of dealing and a vital telephone line with a considerate and polite human being to talk to.

Applies to whenever I need to contact the CAMC. Perhaps that is why so many of us continue to renew our membership year by year. There again I am a relative newcomer. Only been a member for 16 years! Reviewed on: 5th July 2020

Reliable cover at a good price
