No quibble response to our storm damage

We used our motorhome awning for the first time and there was a violent storm that evening. We were inexperienced and this resulted in too much water collecting on the awning and eventually it caved in. We reported this and sent in photos and the awning was replaced without question. We were so grateful. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
