Great Service

Efficient and clear insurance

Clear documentation , prompt response to queries. You feel they understand their market and you can trust them to have it all properly arranged. Unfortunately we had a claim very soon soon after buying the motorhome, but this was dealt with quickly , efficiently and courteously .Thank you. Happy to have renewed with them. Competitive and fair pricing.

We took out MHo insurance with the Club in June. The pricing was very fair and competitive and included the green card for travel in the EU. Our previous company wanted to charge £100 for a five week trip to Ireland. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

A sense of peace

Watch for small print

They promised to beat my insurance renewal by at least £25 and did but they wanted written proof of premiums once the insurance had started something that they hid in the small print. I explained that I didn’t have the written information as it was through a broker and they phoned it to me. They then tried to nearly double my premiums and then cancel the policy as apparently payment had failed after they had already taken payment. No customer service so I cancelled it and returned to my existing insurance broker. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
