Helpful, friendly service and support is what you can expect from all things Caravan and Motorhome Club. The Insurance team are courteous, and knowledgeable whether it is a first time purchase, a renewal, policy adjustment or terms and conditions enquiry. All this and at a really good price. Every time I have had to deal with the Caravan and Motorhome Club I have come away happy that my questions have been answered and without endless time spent pressing buttons on my phone and listening to lots of options that have nothing to do with the purpose of my call; such a bonus when time is a precious commodity and leisure is for premium quality experiences. Value for money

We have not had to claim on the insurance yet, luckily enough, but it is very competitively priced and easy to set up and renew. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2022

Excellent cover and excellent people

Unfortunately I reversed into an overhanging tree branch and punctured fibre glass skin on Motorhome at rear at roof level in France. I did temporary repair with gaffa tape, advised insurance who advised they would deal when home. Called insurance on return, no hassle at all and repair carried out quickly and professionally.
