Helpful service when taking out the policy and when making a claim

The person on the telephone was very clear and helpful when taking out the policy. I unfortunately had to make a claim for hail damage to the roof of my motorhome. Again the person on the telephone was very helpful and the claim was accepted with little fuss. The repair is not yet carried out because of difficulty with suppliers but this isn’t the insurer’s fault. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022
