Made a claim after being hit by a lorry.

We had to make a claim a few years ago, after a foreign lorry run into us, writing off both car and caravan. Caravan Guard were quick to initiate our claim for us and kept us informed throughout the process. We have continued to stay with them, despite their premiums being higher than some others but, you only know how good insurers are after making a claim! Reviewed on: 19th July 2024

Brilliant customer services

Been with CG for two years+ now. Brilliant customer services from the start. Had to make a few changes to our policy recently and could not fault them at all. Don't have to have insurance cover for things that you won't use either e.g. European cover. Haven't had to make a claim yet but if their claims staff are as good and helpful as their admin staff - we have no worries at all and are glad to be with them. Reviewed on: 19th July 2024

This time of the year is holiday.
