Simple, first person service from people who care. There is always someone to talk to, and they always have time to chat. They give straight forward advice and always leave the decisions to the customer. Never any pressure. They will tell you if you’re paying for Buber you don’t need, or offer alternatives without being promoted, They are people who understand the caravan world and are about as far from the insurance salesperson stereotype as it is possible to get.
