The customer service team are friendly and helpful.

The customer service team are friendly and helpful. They made my renewal straightforward and was able to finalise from overseas too due to their great communication and option for bank transfer. Documents weren’t viewable as blocked (overseas) but I got the information I needed to undertake my renewal. Reviewed on: 4th August 2026
