Keen price. VG Service.

Price was the initial attraction but the continued efforts to keep the customer attention is to be applauded. Not tested with a claim but the prospect is promising if the unfortunate happens. Reviewed on: 19th July 2022

V good company

Been insured for nearly 5 years. Unfortunately in May I had a collision in a very narrow ca try park resulting in damage to both front and rear of motorhome. I contacted them, with my preferred repairer and after they had submitted repairs and labour, a quick call from them to find out how I’d damaged the front and rear of the motorhome, my repairs contacted me to say they’d been given the ho ahead. Only 2 hours after my call from caravan guard. It’s when you need to make a claim that you find out how good your insurer is. 5 stars all round Reviewed on: 18th July 2022

Part of a family.

Customers rarely have contact with insurers unless something goes wrong. Not so with Caravan Guard. Renewal is easy and the price is competitive. Regular emails provide really useful practical reminders about a range of subjects: travel, maintenance, new models etc. so if you’re lucky enough to have a trouble free motoring year you’ll still feel like a part of the Caravan Guard family. Fantastic customer service

As a new Caravanguard customer I have been blown away by their excellent customer care, attention to detail and personal service. Additionally they provide useful and practical advice on using and caring for your motorhome. Extremely impressed by them - can’t believe anyone can better their level of service. Motorhome Insurance

Have used this company for four years and have always been the most competitive. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Do an excellent e magazine dedicated to caravans and motorhomes with good quality articles. Well worth giving them a try if looking for cover. Reviewed on: 15th September 2019
