Using the dedicated Autoglass number for windscreen repair or replacement was exceptionally easy and simple. Fortunately I have never had to make a claim but whenever I have the need to contact them to make adjustments to my policy or renew, they have always been very helpful. The first time I Insured my campervan with Caravan Guard, they offered me two weeks insurance free, not sure they still offer this, for new business but I don't know of any other insurance companies who offer this.
