Excellent Customer Service.

Did an online quote which was excellent, however on receiving the documents, I noticed an error. Spoke to a representative who immediately changed the detail and I received £34 discount due to enhanced security… Reviewed on: 17th July 2025

Really positive experience.

Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with CaravanGuard Insurance The sign-up process was super straightforward – their website is easy to navigate, and I was able to get a quote in just a few minutes. I actually ended up calling them with a couple of questions, and the customer service rep was really friendly and helpful. Price-wise, they were pretty competitive compared to other quotes I got. I also liked that they include cover for things like storm damage and European travel as standard, which was a nice bonus since we planned to take the van abroad occasionally. I haven’t had to make a claim (and fingers crossed I won’t need to), but from what I’ve read, their claims process seems to be smooth and fair. Definitely gives peace of mind. All in all, I’d recommend CaravanGuard if you’re looking for decent cover and a company that seems to actually care about their customers. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
