Helpful advice, speedy response to breakdown call.

If I have phoned for advice I have felt listened to and answered in a full and helpful manner. I haven’t made a claim so have no idea how that would be. Was very impressed by speed and response of breakdown dept when our clutch pedal failed on M6 by Birmingham but we managed to sort it ourselves. Reviewed on: 5th August 2026
