Accident with tree branches

After running into some low lying tree branches during heavy rainfall, our motorhome roof was pierced and significant amounts of rain water made entry. After a professional assessment by Caravan Guard; they made payment available to cover the costs of these repairs; and after 2 months of robust work, the roof is water tight once again. Our motorhome would have been a complete ruin without the support from Caravan Guard; It was a devastating experience for us; we are so grateful to them for saving our home; of which we love so much. Always competitive, with breakdown cover included, that works.

Caravan Guard have provided me with Motorhome insurance for 18 years and 3 motorhomes, have always found them competitive especially as breakdown cover’s included, a breakdown service I’ve called upon twice in that time. On contacting Caravan Guard they’ve reacted swiftly and sympathetically to my request for assistance. Oh and they have a great online monthly news letter. Reviewed on: 29th July 2023
