I've not had any issued with Cedar Tree. Policies seem good value and flexible and online enquiries dealt with efficiently. I would rather not need to find out but hopefully the claims service is also as good. Reviewed on: 20th August 2019

Amazing service

I've used Cedar Tree a good few times over the last few years and have never had problems with them. I had to contact customer services a few times and everybody was lovely and extremely helpful. When I had to send a claim, all was dealt with professionally and reasonably. This year I decided to buy annual travel insurance for me and my family and am confident I won't have any problems again. Good coverage, quick to sort out, loads of documentation (in a good way), an easy to use app and all at a good price. My wife has a medical condition but CedarTree covered all that. Reviewed on: 20th August 2019

The misses took bad on a public holiday in lanzarote. The hotel sent us to a surgery close by but it was closed. Googled it and 1 was round the corner, you need to pay here, I don't care. Paid the bill. Got home contacted ceder tree, asked why I didn't contact them first and I explained that I was just in a panic, so they paid except the excess. Thank you.
