Dont make a mistake when making a claim

don’t make a mistake when claiming Everything was good until I tried to make a claim. Cedar was going to pay my claim and during the process of filling out bank details two of the numbers of the bank account transposed the wrong way around and the money due was paid into the wrong account. Despite telling them almost straight away they had a very poor attempt of claiming the money back so I never received my money and someone else took my money. What’s frustrating is there is no checks so if you make a mistake it’s your fault and nothing they can do as they won’t pay a claim twice. Not happy as it was a lot of money. Easy to access the right policy for family of four.

Totally recommend

Never had a problem with Cedar Tree Insurance.. Everytime I have phoned I've never had to wait long before anyone answers.. Everyone is always so polite and very helpful..
