Just amazing friendly helpful and polite staff

I came out of prison in March 2013 while i was serving my sentence my personal officer spoke to me about the credit union i didn't know much about it so he gave me the details of central Liverpool credit union i came out of prison and opened it up theyve helped me get some savings while borrowing money to help me. Understanding and informative

Not only do the credit union help me save my money and provide loans but they also help with money advise and talk you through all options of the loan and repayments and what might work best for you! They have always been so understanding of any circumstance and very helpful if it’s been a last minute loan can’t thank all of the staff enough! Reviewed on: 26th June 2020

Borrowing money and savings

Very helpful and lovely staff x

I needed money and I was on lockdown and I phoned up and explained to one of the staff and she said no problem we can transfer it to your bank for you and that was very helpful to me as I said the staff are so helpful which is what you need if you can’t get out and you know there is a friendly voice at the end of the phone. Friendly & Helpful

I've always had an affinity with Liverpool and it's people, having worked in one of the city hospitals for 35 years. So when I retired putting my savings with a Liverpool credit union made perfect sense. The mutually cooperative & moral ethos just sat well with me. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, and made the application process very painless. Thanks for your help, and keep up the great work you do; being there for people when they need you most.
