Amazing staff , reliable service

I honestly can’t recommend Liverpool Credit Union enough. Every member of staff I’ve dealt with has been incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely caring. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and they’ve always taken the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable and supported. The customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. It’s so refreshing to deal with people who treat you with respect, listen without judgement, and genuinely want to help you find the best solution. You never feel like just another number.
