Credit union is amazing, you can save without stress, you can get your money out whenever you want from savers account and getting a loan is so easy, staff are so polite and have really good customer skills. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

The people on phone actually listen, they understand...

The people on phone actually listen, they understand your struggles and they help you. They are not robots, they don't dismiss you or know you down more, hence why many people go to credit union because they need help with cost of living or to feed kids or to pay for care needs, I am this person, I worked 27 years full time and lone parent and low income in law and with 2 disabilities, I got no benefits due to council error, I became bedbound in 2024 on SSP, I was denied help from council/employer/HMRC/HSBC/NHS/ I lost career in law and health and now on uC and paying care I can't afford and the credit union was the only place I was given help and hope.
