I save with the credit union because I like to know that I am helping give back to the local community and help others. It’s good to see how the credit union do good for local people. Staff are very clear with all information, theyve always been extremely helpful when dealing with account ... I had issue with child benefit stopping payment due to an error their side and staff made me aware of it immediately so I could rectify the problem with c.b Reviewed on: 19th May 2025

The Closure of the Credit Union Kensington Offices

I was disappointed at first, when the Credit Union Offices closed in Kensington. However, I have found the Telephone Personnel at our new Credit Union (Breck Road) Offices to be Excellent. They are always friendly and courteous, and always 'Helpful' in giving 'advice' on how to gain Access to the Credit Union Website. It is refreshing knowing I am able to seek advice and not be seen as 'A useless Luddite' due to my lack of Internet knowledge. I am aged 80 and it certainly takes time and patience to make me understand what seems to be so easy for the present 'generation' of employees that were brought up with computers!. So, well done to the Credit Union Staff. Reviewed on: 16th May 2025
