The Closure of the Credit Union Kensington Offices

I was disappointed at first, when the Credit Union Offices closed in Kensington. However, I have found the Telephone Personnel at our new Credit Union (Breck Road) Offices to be Excellent. They are always friendly and courteous, and always 'Helpful' in giving 'advice' on how to gain Access to the Credit Union Website. It is refreshing knowing I am able to seek advice and not be seen as 'A useless Luddite' due to my lack of Internet knowledge. I am aged 80 and it certainly takes time and patience to make me understand what seems to be so easy for the present 'generation' of employees that were brought up with computers!. I’ve been with credit union for years now, it’s one of the best things I’ve done , always gives me peace of mind that I have savings and then able to borrow without hardly any interest, the staff are always friendly and happy to help and answer any questions.
