Joe was really well informed professional and patient. He explained everything clearly to help me understand all options . He answered all of my questions and gave an overview of the credit union and what services were on offer in a way that was easy to understand . I have been with the credit union for just over 2 ye...

I have been with the credit union for just over 2 years now an it's the best thing I ever did. I wish I had joined years earlier. I've never had savings before I've never had a place I can use for getting money out when I need it. Literally been a little life saver for me. Staff are always very helpful and efficient. Usually don't wait longer than a few hours for a reply and everyone I've spoke to has always been really friendly. Reviewed on: 27th June 2025

Having the credit union changed me to a saver

Having the credit union helps us to save. We never used to have a savings account but I joined credit union and set up a standing order. It comes in great for birthdays and Christmas as takes a lot of stress out of it as I can take what I need from my savings. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2025
