Better than anything you’ll find on the high street

Chase have been brilliant - I was initially very nervous to change from a high st. bank that I could walk into, but if ever I’ve needed anything the team have been excellent on the phone. A bank that does what it says

It’s very easy and straightforward to open an account and likewise to use it. All information is available and easy to access. Never had any problems paying for goods and services both home and abroad and approving transactions is always quick and hitch free. They are always very clear about changes in terms and conditions.
