Initially skeptical now delighted

I am elderly and reasonably new to online banking so it was a big step to have an app only bank account. I have had to phone Chase customer service a few times and have been very impressed how quickly they reply, how polite, professional , and helpful they have been. Chase - a bank for everyone

Very easy to get hold of customer service, really useful round-up savings and great savings rates available too. Easy to move money around and track my spending. Being able to use funds overseas without any fees is a great bonus too. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Good bank overall.

Good bank overall. Easy to find transactions, move money between pots, and various security measures like biometric login and trusted contacts for transactions. I miss having more details regarding bank transfers (seeing account details and geolocation), and more savings options. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
