The Chase App is intuitive and easy to use.

The Chase App is intuitive and easy to use. It is really good that the different account types are clearly separated and easy to navigate through. The 'Round-up' savings incentive is a good initiative and I particularly like the fact that I can manage my Nutmeg investments via the Chase App. My only criticism is that monthly statements are not available until a few days after the end of the month. Excellent charge free card for holidays abroad

As recommended by Martin Lewis I opened an account so that it I can use it abroad without charges. Always take it on holiday. Saving account offers good rates too. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Best card for holiday money

I have the Chase Current account debit card and it is great for spending abroad. No charges at all for currency exchange or ATM withdrawals Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Excellent customer service and financial benefits

I was dubious as to whether an 'app' bank could provide good customer service, but Chase have certainly delivered. On the occasions I needed support I have received a prompt phone call and immediate support/resolution.
