I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Intuitive and efficient

The Chase App just does everything that you need in a simple, quick, intuitive way. You don’t have to go through multiple different screens, switching between app and website or getting mobile phone codes! Everything is there for my convenience. Very nice experience, I’m so happy to use this bank...

Very nice experience, I’m so happy to use this bank as they’re so easy to use and make you feel safe. When payments are suspicious they always double triple check to confirm you’re happy to make the payment which gives me confidence to use this bank. I’ve been with them for over 6 years now and it’s the main bank I use. Reviewed on: 20th February 2026

Amazing round-up, unsatisfying savings

The 5% on round-up is amazing, but their savings rate or 2.25% is very poor. The fact that 1% cashback has been severely limited and expires after a month is also disappointing. Reviewed on: 20th February 2026
