I have never had any problems banking with Chase,they offer everything that I require. Their app is easy to use. I can earn money back on my spending. I often make and receive transfers into my account,which I have never experienced any problems. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Trust Built Up between bank and customer

I have fall into a SCAM trap and being charged unreasonably by a vendor. After contacting Chase customer service and provided the information on hand, Chase helped in raising the disputes and also returned back my money efficiently.
