Account that actually works

It's refreshing to deal with a bank account that actually works! I get 1% interest on the current account or 4.1% in the savings. I get 1% cashback on my card spend, up to £15/month. I'm not charged any fees to pay for stuff I don't care about and I can actually get help when I need it. It's crazy to think that of all the banks I deal with, this is about the only one where communicating with someone is not a massive chore. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Why I opted for a Chase current account

I opened a Chase current account due to my old current account provider applying 2.99% on international payments & transfers. I like that Chase do not charge. I like that Chase do perform the required due diligence to ensure that transactions are legitimate. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Benefits, great customer service, easy app - perfect!

The app is so easy, I get money back from a current account and benefit from cheaper rates when travelling abroad. I had to call for some help and quickly had a person who was kind, throrough and solved my problem.
