I knew I wanted to open a new bank account and I did...

I knew I wanted to open a new bank account and I did not know what would be a good bank. I downloaded chase several years ago when I came across an ad on the Underground Station, enticed by the cash back offer. I then went onto their website which was easy to understand. Although I know JPMorgan is reputable, I was skeptical at first (since they do not have a physical bank in London) but soon after I started using Chase I recommended it to all of my friends and family. They have excellent and extremely fast customer service, great interests rates across saving accounts as well as 1% on the current account, cashback across most spending, and has really encouraged me to save a lot more. I had an issue with a merchant and the customer service team helped me within 10 minutes by explaining the transactions and giving me advice. I have nothing but positive experiences with Chase banking and I believe I will continue to bank with them for a long time. Nice review for a user friendly Bank

Chase bank app is so easy to use.

Chase bank app is so easy to use. I have used it several times abroad and it is so quick and easy to show your purchase on the app and currency conversion is done right away. I have also used it to purchase gifts online for family in other countries. I am also pleased with the cash back I receive on purchases I make when using my debit card.
