Chase are a great bank, but still got a long way to go.

Chase are a great bank, but still got a long way to go to fully compete with the current competition. I would like to see better integration for visibility on bills/Direct Debits, and the ability to digitally pay in cheques like many other banks do. It is a shame that the cashback incentive has become more difficult to attain, but nonetheless it’s still a good product and very easy to navigate on their app. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
