Excellent experience from the start

This was the first time I had made use of online banking. I am a bit of a technophobe and am worried about online security. It’s the first service I’ve used like this on my phone too. I was able to set up an account quickly and have had no problems at all- there was enough advice within the app to help when needed. I love being able to access information quickly, transfer money so easily. It’s given me confidence and a feeling of being more in control of my finances. Very impressed.
