It is always very easy to reach the customers service and you can actually talk to one of their agents in less than one minute. Their agents are always very friendly and helpful. Also, I like how easy you can add an account. Furthermore, the interest rates on saving and save the change account are interesting. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

First online bank account i have had, the service with the staff is amazing, they will call you back if there is a wait, but there has never been any waiting time, doesn't matter what time you call chase if you have an issue they will sort it out on the spot, so you can carry on banking, other banks need to take ideas from chase bank, well done chase, keep the hard work up, only 1 thing that you cant do is put money in your account from post office but i think that will be sorted out soon, for a new chase online account they have done amazing.
