It is easy to set up an account, and hassle free. The account is set up so quickly. I use the app when I am abroad, what a great bank account and you earn interest what is not to like your money is working all the time. Everything is great here. Great interest rates on savings accounts (and even a small interest rate on current account). The BEST app by far for many reasons. Not to mention the 1% cash back on spending. So much flexibility and options, even a link to investments viewable right from the app in the savings page. Nothing can compete with the app, interest rates and cashback, what else could you even want from a bank! Truly fantastic and I recommend it to anyone. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Great company, great customer serivice

Opened a Chase account when going abroad and wished I had opened one sooner. They are changing my views of a bank and the level of customer service are exceptional. Everything has been very clear and easy to use. The sign up process and provision of the card etc was seamless. The app to manage my account is outstanding and the UI is, in my view, best in class. The one time I've had to contact them with an issue on a transaction (not of their doing I hasten to add); their customer service rep was quick to provide options, identify a remedy and explain everything quickly and clearly. I have subsequently also opened a savings account and also utilised their 'round up' feature which is great. Additionally, they are clear on their interest rates and also apply it without issue an quickly. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Obsessed with my Chase account!

Obsessed with my Chase account! The app is awesome - super easy to use and track my spending. Plus, I get 1% back on everything I buy - hello, free money! Travelling's a breeze too, no fees on using my card abroad. Downside? No branches for cash stuff, but hey, who even carries cash anymore? Overall, Chase is perfect for anyone who wants a hassle-free and rewarding banking experience. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
