24/7 help.

I love the idea of 24/7 help. I had to message Chase at 10.30pm this week as I had a question about my account and it was resolved in minutes so well done Chase Bank Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Very good account with very useful extra

Accounts are easy to open via an easy to use App. Extras on current accounts include interest on credit balances, cash back on purchases and no charges for card transactions made overseas. One feature I especially like is that you just have one debit card no matter how many current accounts you have - you simply switch to whichever account you want debited via the App. The one thing that I would like to see changed is that currently they are unable to offer joint accounts, something that hopefully will be remedied in the near future. 10/10 excellent customer service and user friendly app

I originally opened the account and didn't use it for a while as I was skeptical, but after reading the reviews I gave it a chance. I didn't remember the information I set the account up with and the customer service team were so helpful and supportive. Since then the account has been so user friendly and I love the cashback feature! I also have just opened a roundoff savings account that will round off whatever I spend and put it in my savings. Got stranded in Spain

Got stranded in Spain and rental company took all remaining money i had in account and was left without any funds. It was rental fault but had to wait one week and chase credited my account so I could eat and semi function on holiday. They helped me massively and I've never had a bank so thoughtful and caring so my review is genuine five stars because without this assistance I would of been stranded without no means too survive.
