Absolutely horrible excuse with customer service.

Absolutely horrible excuse with customer service. I contacted them very distressed and initially was very reassured by a call handler advising he would be able to get my money back following a scammer making purchases with my card. However another call handler advised me that it was nothing to do with them and they would not help. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
