Really intuitive app and very good current account

Really intuitive app. Functionality is extremely helpful. Great for using on a daily basis for groceries, eating out etc. The 1p cashback for every pound spent feels more than just a gimmick - an appealing part of the account. I have used my Chase account in Spain and Greece - very good value for money transactions in Euros. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Best Bank I Have Had

I really feel supported by this bank and trust and rely on them. Whenever I’ve contacted Customer Services they rely quickly, have extremely polite competent and helpful staff. Everything has been resolved in one phone call. It’s always been about something I’ve done, wanting a payment stopped etc they haven’t made any mistakes and I appreciate the interest given on the account.
