I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent service

I've been banking with chase for several years with no problems, always easy to contact if need be; on one occassion, Chase actually contacted me about a fraudulant transaction before I knew anything about it and sorted it in no tine at all. Chase banking - a must use

Customer services are incredibly responsive when needed. Travelling on the London Underground with Chase means I can travel with ease, knowing I am earning cash back. Similarly, my groceries and car upkeep (petrol) gain me a nice fluffer sum at the end of the year. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
