Love this bank

Fraudulent activity resolved with stress

I noticed transactions that I hadn't made, I contacted chase via the app. I then received a phone call from a very well spoken man, who explained what chase we going to do, they instantly changed my card payment details and got my money back, they made me feel safe and removed the stress from the situation, I have got my wife and kids on chase because of the amazing customer service Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
