Just what you'd want from a bank. The app is great and really easy to navigate. I've only needed to speak to customer services once which shows how good the app is really, but that one time, the agent was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease. Easy, efficient and simple

I saw they gave a good cash back scheme, I joined, have stuck with ever since and is my main bank account, I wish they had branches across England so I could deposit money, but can’t have everything! Their app is easy to use and it’s so quick to open up a savings or a new current account it takes under 2 minutes to do! It’s quick and easy to send and receive money to so you’re not waiting ages for money to move on bank holidays and their maintence is always done overnight and on non busy days!
