Fast answering the phones and quick to resolve issues

When i first tried to set up an account, there was an issue online. I telephoned the customer services and they were outstanding. They managed to sort out the issue within a few minutes. I got through within 2 minutes, wasn't kept on hold It was very efficient and fast with polite staff and a UK call centre. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

You are missing out if you haven’t signed up!

I cannot believe it took this long for Chase Bank to come to the UK market and put all of the other banks to shame. Not only do they provide probably the best interest rates on a current account but the service is second to none. The best bank by far! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

One of the best

I don’t use chase that often as I have other current accounts with other banks but they are the best one I have. There round ups are fans and reward scheme. I use the savings accounts to put some money away for different things and it makes it easier to save for certain goals/wants. I should use them more really. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
