I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Couldn’t be more delighted - they’ve got my loyalty

Having been with Santander for years, I was nervous about switching banks but had heard such positive things about Chase, I thought I best give them a chance, and I’ve been delighted with the service I have received so far. Very quickly after joining them, I unfortunately fell for a scam on Facebook and transferred money to a person trying to sell me a fake product, I escalated this to Chase in case there was anything they could do to help - even though I knew it was all my fault - and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They returned my money and were so considerate to me, that that single act has earnt my loyalty for the future. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
