I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. I love banking with Chase.

I love banking with Chase. The app is great. It is easy to simply move money between current and savings accounts. I enjoy the roundups and 1% cash back offer. When ever I have had an issue and needed call I have not had to wait long to speak to someone. All in all, great bank that seems to be focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. User-friendly competent secure on-line bank

The Chase app is very user-friendly, even for me as an 83-year old not specially IT savvy person. I recently had to set up a new current a/c and number because of suspected phishing attack and on phone the customer service person was extremely helpful and successful in taking me through the necessary steps.
