I have had nothing but a positive experience, especially with fraudulent activity. It was dealt with and money refunded immediately. Support to stop it happening. i love the app, so seamless and easy to use. Just love the experience banking with them. Their savings rates and link to investment opportunities. Chase saves the day

During the renovation of my flat, I had an issue with a contractor denying that they had been paid. Chase helped to resolve the issue quickly by confirming that they had contractor had been paid and providing a corresponding transaction id. I was able to confidently resume conversation with the contractor and ask that they look at their records again. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Chase no nonsense banking.

Chase has proven to be a no nonsense bank. It easy to open, use and helps at hand if and when you need it. Additionally, you don’t get constantly hassled with mail selling you extras.
