I switched from Lloyds because they were rubbish.

I transferred from Lloyds because their customer service was appalling. In less than the time it took me to get through to a human customer relations operative at Lloyds (to complain again about poor service!) I had already spoken to someone at Chase who had set up my current account transfer. Couldn't be happier. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
