Accessible banking with real people - no bots

I have used this bank initially due to a trip to New York I had upcoming, and I remember seeing branches for Chase when I was there last. I was delighted to find out that I wouldn't be charged for transactions over there. The icing on the cake was when I found out that I could get cashback on my purchases as well! After I came back from my holiday, I continued to use the card due to the cashback and ease of use. And I had an incident of being scammed by a person claiming to be a dog breeder. I contacted Chase through their very easy to use web chat, and they quickly called me and took as much information as possible. I contacted the police and provided the crime reference number, and very soon after they had it investigated, got my money back and gave advice on how to avoid this kind of scam again. They were super supportive and easy to get hold of. So much better than other high street banks that I have accounts with. For an online bank, I cannot fault them.
